The Eagle Hook features a Universal Head at one end, and a Boston Rake Hook at the other, constructed on Fire Hooks Unlimited's versatile steel shaft. This unique configuration offers various options on the fireground. The Universal Head does it all! This hook can penetrate or pull all types of materials used in the building trades. It features two sharpened blades. One on top for penetration during thrust. One underneath for slicing on the full stroke. An arc hook on the back on the top blade is used places of limited space. A chisel tooth of 1-1/2 inches right angle blade, the tooth is sharpened to penetrate loose material on the chop stroke.
The Boston Rake Hook is presently used by the Boston Fire Department. Made of superior craftsmanship using the finest materials. The head is forged with the Boston design out of carbon steel joining it to the shaft. This hook is made of aircraft steel and is available in lengths of 4 to 8 feet, and features a Celtex grip.
