Generally, orders placed after 12pm EST may not ship until the following business day. That includes orders with expedited shipping methods.

 

Return Policy

Returns: Free, No-Hassle, Easy Within 30 Days!

If you don't like it, we will return it within 30 days of the purchase and issue a refund. It's that simple. Free returns means no restock fee. Simply return your unworn, like new product to our warehouse and we will replace, refund or exchange the product at your request. Call 1-800-646-1086 in order to get an RMA number. Your items must in the original packaging. We will reject a return if it is not in new condition. Returns are RARE. If you have a problem. We will fix it. It's that simple! You are responsible for the original shipping cost on the first order, and the return shipping to send it back to us. Start your RMA process here.

UPS Shipping Options
UPS is a great shipping option for many reasons. You have very detailed tracking information, insurance automatically included and guaranteed delivery times. UPS does cost more however. When you choose UPS as a shipping option, you are paying ACTUAL shipping charges. We do not mark up the price of the shipping cost.

We value every order that comes through our warehouse and because of that we do our very best to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, if you must have your order by a specific date (birthday, holiday, etc.) we advise you to place the order as early as possible to avoid the possibility of any disappointment. You could also call us prior to placing the order so that we can give you a real time accurate shipping date.

APO Orders

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required by Kentucky residences. Tax will be billed at 6% of the product value of the order.

PO Boxes
If you wish us to ship to a PO box, you MUST choose USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option. For both Priority Mail and UPS shipping options, you are responsible to assure delivery! We make every effort to catch UPS orders that have a shipping address of a PO box. UPS will NOT DELIVER to a PO box. In cases where packages are returned to us due to address discrepancies, etc., the customer will be responsible for the 2nd shipment. This means YOU must pay to ship it the second time with a correct shipping address.

Damaged Shipments
If you receive an order in which the products arrive damaged, you MUST report the damages to our customer service team WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS! For UPS shipments, a claim will be made and UPS will follow up with you to investigate. Once a claim is approved, the replacement item will be shipped.

International Shipments
International shipments will ship via various carriers. Unless otherwise specified, we will ship the least expensive method. USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx may be used. You will be responsible for all duty fees & taxes as collected by your respective country. We will NOT be responsible for those fees. The value of the shipment will be the same as the value of your order. Some international shipments do not calculate your shipping cost automatically in our shopping cart. If this occurs, we will contact you after we review your order to advise you of the shipping costs.
